Rules for the Aqua park

For everyone's safety on the Aqua Park, please comply with the following rules

•  You must be at least 7 years old and 45” in height and under 250 lbs. to participate on the inflatables
• 14 and under must be accompanied with an 18 and older adult in the park
• We have no life guards on duty.  
• We will have attendants on the inflatables while in operation to oversee everyone.
• Everyone in the lake must wear a lifejacket.  These will be provided while on the inflatables and watercraft rentals. Only the park's life jackets can be used.
• All participates must have signed waiver before entry.
• Swimwear is required, no cut-offs.
• Do not jump from high products onto other objects or people!
• Do not dive underneath the products! 
• No diving or sliding head first! 
• No rough play
• Outside food or drinks are not allowed,  bottled water is an exception. No food or drinks allowed on the course.
• No access to the park after consuming alcohol! 
•  No smoking within the park! 
•  No access to the park after consuming drugs! 
•  For safety reasons do not access if you are pregnant! 
•  Remove watches, jewelry, keys, or other sharps objects before going on the course.
•  The park is not responsible for any lost or stolen items
•  The attendant may expel people who endanger their own safety or that of the safety of others from the park! 
•  We  recommend the use of sunscreen throughout your time at the park 
•  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
